Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Jindal Poly Films has informed that Jindal Poly Films (the Company) has made investment into Equity Shares of Universus Commercial Properties (UCPL) on its incorporation. Consequently, the Company now holds 100% of the total paid up Equity Share capital of UCPL. The company enclosed the details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/ CFD /CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 as Annexure to this letter.
