Gujarat Hotels has informed that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company has been convened at a shorter notice for Thursday, 18th August, 2022 for appointment of the Company Secretary of the Company. For this purpose, the trading Window for purchasing / selling / dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed with immediate effect for Designated Employees (and their Immediate Relatives) in terms of the GHL Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading-2019. The Tracing Window will open after 48 hours from the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the said appointment.
