Further to intimation of Outcome of Board Meeting held on 12th August 2022, regarding the approval for Incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary company of TCM, TCM has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the said wholly owned subsidiary company is Incorporated on 18th August 2022 in the name of TCM PROPERTIES PVT LTD (CIN: U45201KL2022PTC077423). The initial subscribed share capital of the said company would be Rs 1 lakh.
