Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary -- AMG Media Networks (AMNL) has acquired 100% equity stake in Vishvapradhan Commercial (VCPL), in accordance with the terms contemplated under the purchase agreement on August 23, 2022 executed between AMNL, Nextwave Televentures (NTPL), Eminent Networks (ENPL, collectively with NTPL as ‘Sellers’) and VCPL. The acquisition cost would be at an enterprise value of Rs 113.74 crore.
