Bharat Heavy Electricals has informed that the next (58th) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company shall be held on Thursday, 29th September, 2022 at 10 AM IST through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means (VC). Notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report 2021-22 will be sent by electronic mode to those Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Depositories. Further, the Company is providing remote e-voting facility to its Members to cast their votes on the resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM. Remote e-voting period will commence at 9 AM (IST) on Monday, 26th September, 2022 and end at 5 PM (IST) on Wednesday, 28th September, 2022. Members of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members/ list of Beneficial Owners as on the cut-off date, Thursday, 22nd September, 2022 will be eligible to cast their vote through remote e-voting facility.
