Company has fixed Thursday, 22.09.2022 as cut-off date for the purpose of remote e-voting, ascertaining the names of Shareholders holding shares either in physical mode or in the Register of beneficial owners maintained by the depositories who are entitled to cast their votes electronically. The remote e-voting shall commence on Monday, 26.09.2022 from 9.00 am and end on Wednesday, 28.09.2022 at 5.00 pm.
