Members of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date i.e. Monday, 19th September, 2022, may cast their vote by remote e-voting or e-voting during Annual General Meeting. The remote e-voting period commences at 9.00 am on Friday, 23rd September, 2022 and ends at 5:00 pm on Sunday, 25th September, 2022.
