Elitecon International has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Monday, September 05, 2022 at 09.30 PM, has considered and approved the following; Increase in the authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 10,00,00,000 (Rupees Ten Crore only) divided into 1,00,00,000 (One Crore) Equity Shares of Rs 10 each to Rs.20,00,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Crore only) divided into 2,00,00,000 (Two Crore) Equity Shares of Rs 10 each by creating additional 1,00,00,000 (One Crore) equity shares of Rs 10, subject to the approval of the members of the Company in their ensuing annual general meeting.
