JD Orgochem has informed that pursuant to Regulation 10 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and circular no. 20220801-24 dated 01st August, 2022 issued by the BSE for use of digital signature certificate in respect of announcements submitted by the listed companies. The circular was effective from 01st September, 2022. In view of the above, the Company had submitted announcement on 02nd September, 2022, pertaining to Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 under the physical signature of the Chairman. In view of the guidance note issued by BSE, the Company has re-submitting the aforesaid announcement under the digital signature certificate of the Chairman. There are no changes in the information as provided in the aforesaid intimation.
