Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations,2015, Stove Kraft has informed that Elangovan S, Company Secretary (CS) and Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company has resigned with effect from September 15,2022 (Closing of business hours) for personal reasons. The Company is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate for filling the position of Company Secretary. The company shall inform the Stock Exchanges once the Board of Directors appoints new Company Secretary of the Company. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015 are given in the Annexure-1.
