The resolutions nos. 1 to 3 as contained in the Notice of the AGM was approved by the shareholders with requisite majority. The combined voting result (result of remote e-voting prior to the AGM and poll conducted at the AGM) is enclosed herewith as required under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with the Scrutinizer's Report thereon.
