Rossell India has informed that Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2021-2022, was dispatched electronically on 11th July, 2022 to all the Members whose e-mail IDs were registered with the Company/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company or the Depository Participant(s). However, the web link of Company's Dividend Distribution Policy(DDP) as framed by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 9th February, 2022, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 43A(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 which was required to be provided therein was not included due to oversight. In view of the above, it enclosed the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2021-2022 in replacement of the one sent earlier, after incorporating the weblink of DDP in the Annual Report.
