Artson Engineering has informed that in compliance with the 'Tata Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices' (the Code), and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all the 'Designates' and 'Insiders' from 23rd September 2022 till the 48 hours after the public announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results (UFR) of the Company for the second quarter ending on 30th September 2022. All the Directors/ other designated persons, their relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period.
