Yarn Syndicate has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading', the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the 'Designated Persons' from Saturday, 1st October, 2022 onwards, up to 48 hours after the Board Meeting which will be held for the consideration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2022.
