Aarti Industries has informed that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench vide its order dated September 22, 2022 approved the Scheme of Arrangement between Aarti Industries (the company) and Aarti Pharmalabs and their respective shareholders under the provisions of Section 230-232 of Companies Act, 2013. The certified copy of the said order received on September 22, 2022 is attached. The Scheme will become effective upon filling this certified copy of the NCLT Order with Registrar of Companies within prescribed time limit.
