The closure is in connection with the limited review of financial results for the half year ending 30th September, 2022. The trading window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchange, BSE. The date of Board meeting for considering / taking on record the unaudited financial results for the half year ended 30th September, 2022 will be intimated in due course.
