Shetron has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and amended from time to time, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday 1st October, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022. During the aforesaid closed Trading Window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in the Company's Shares/Securities. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022 will be intimated in due course. Treat this as compliance under the provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations.
