Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and trading restrictions placed by the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons (‘The Code’), Stratmont Industries has informed that window for trading in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st October,2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for quarter ended on 30th September, 2022 and the trading window shall re-open thereafter. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for Quarter ended on 30th September, 2022 will be intimated in due course.
