Tata Coffee has entered into a definitive agreement of Sale for disposal of an immovable property situated in the State of Telangana, to a third party buyer (non-related party), and accordingly transferred all rights, title and interest over the said property including the possession, to the Buyer, for a sale consideration of Rs 150 crore, which has been fully received.
Tata Coffee is into the business of the finest Indian-origin green coffee beans, instant coffee and tea. It is also the largest corporate producer of Indian-origin pepper, intercropped with coffee in its estates.
