Accordingly, all the Directors/Connected Persons/Designated Persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the BM of the Company to consider and approve the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2022 will be intimated in the due course.
