In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ('PIT Regulations') (as amended) and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders framed under PIT Regulations, Emami Realty has informed that the Trading Window of the Company for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 1st October, 2022 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022. Accordingly, the Designated Persons as per Company's Insider Trading Code have been advised not to trade in the Listed Equity Shares of the Company during the aforesaid Trading Window closure period. The date of proposed Board Meeting shall be informed in due course.
