Ashok Leyland reports 84% growth in September sales

Ashok Leyland has reported 84% growth in its total sales, including exports, at 17549 units in September 2022 over the same month last year. Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) sales were stood at 6235 units in September 2022. Medium and heavy commercial vehicles (M&HCV) Trucks and bus sales stood at 9927 units and 1387 units, respectively.

Domestic sales in September 2022 stood at 16499 units. Domestic LCV sales stood at 6024 units in September 2022. Domestic M&HCV Trucks and bus sales stood at 9628 units and 847 units, respectively.

Ashok Leyland, the Hinduja Group flagship company in India, is engaged in the manufacturing of commercial vehicles and related components. The company’s products include buses, trucks, engines, defense and special vehicles.
