In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in compliance Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Alka India has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from September, 30th 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30th, 2022. The date of consideration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30th, 2022 shall be intimated in due course.
