In a bid to strengthen its footprints in US and Canadian markets, Tata Coffee, India’s third largest exporter of instant coffee is planning to re-launch its Eight O’Clock brand in US, Canadian markets. The company is also planning to introduce new offerings for consumers in US and Canada.
Tata Coffee had acquired Eight O Clock Coffee in 2006 for $220 million from Gryphon Investors. Today, it is part of the Tata Global Beverages (TGBL) family of brands and is top rated 100% Colombian coffee.
Further, the company is planning to launch ‘single serve’ coffees for its US and Canadian consumers through Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, a specialty coffee roaster.
