DEL/SEC/2022/10/01 dated 10.10.2022, Duncan Engineering has submitted a digitally signed letter towards clarification on significant movement in the price of scrip in the recent past. It confirmed that the Company has made all necessary disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and has not withheld any material information/event that in our opinion shall have bearing on the price movement of the scrip.
