Pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 7(3) of the SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sanblue Corporation has certified that all activities in relation to both physical and electronic share transfer facility are maintained by share Transfer Agent Bigshare services. Further, the Company has confirmed that Bigshare services is registered with securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to act as Registrar and Share Transfer Agent. Further, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 7 (3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Company is submitting the certificate for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2022, for the period from 1st April, 2022 to 30th September 2022.
