Saptarishi Agro Industries’ management has signed a 12(3) tripartite agreement with the workers union on December 06, 2012, to end all the disputes between the management and workers union. As per the agreement all workers have tendered their resignations and management has paid the sums agreed to all 88 permanent workmen who were on its roll. As a result company has no permanent workers on its rolls as on December 31, 2012.
Saptarishi Agro Industries is a 100% export-oriented unit engaged in cultivation, processing and export of mushrooms.
