Ishan Dyes & Chemicals has entered into and registered an agreement for the acquisition of an Industrial lease hold land admeasuring 10,358 sq. mtrs together with Industrial building admeasuring 835.88 sq. mtrs situated at Vatva, Ahmedabad for setting up manufacturing unit for inorganic chemicals. The Company paid aggregate consideration of Rs 22.98 crore.
