Galaxy Agrico Exports has received an approval to incorporate 100% subsidiary company with the name ‘Galaxy Rings’ or any other name approved by the Registrar of Companies in its meeting held on January 28, 2013. The board has also authorized Manoj Harsukhlal Shah to do all the works related to incorporation of the 100% subsidiary of the company.
