In compliance to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Epsom Properties has informed that Sanga Tejaswi (DIN-08784189) has resigned from the Office of Independent Director of the Company due to his appointment being proposed as Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company and his resignation has been accepted with effect from the closing of business hours of 22nd October, 2022. Further, confirmation has also been obtained from him pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause (7B) of Schedule III Part A of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
