The Yamuna Syndicate has informed that ICRA, vide its letter dated October 27, 2022, have informed that while annual reviewing its existing credit ratings, they have retained its existing short term and long-term credit rating as details enclosed. This letter is being sent in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and all other SEBI Regulations as applicable.
