Ashok Leyland has reported 34% growth in its total sales, including exports, at 14863 units in October 2022 over the same month last year. Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) sales were stood at 5809 units in October 2022. Medium and heavy commercial vehicles (M&HCV) Trucks and bus sales stood at 7510 units and 1544 units, respectively.
Domestic sales in October 2022 stood at 13860 units. Domestic LCV sales stood at 5671 units in October 2022. Domestic M&HCV Trucks and bus sales stood at 7432 units and 757 units, respectively.
Ashok Leyland, the Hinduja Group flagship company in India, is engaged in the manufacturing of commercial vehicles and related components. The company’s products include buses, trucks, engines, defense and special vehicles.
