Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulation, 2015, the trading window of the Company has been closed from 01.10.22 and shall remain closed till 48 hours from the announcement/ declaration of the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the half year ended 30.09.22. Accordingly, the trading window shall remain closed from Saturday, 01.10.22 till Monday, 14.11.22.
