Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) has been conferred with the India Pride Award for Excellence in Heavy Industries 2012-13. The award was received by the company from Union Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas.
Recently, the state-run company had been bestowed with the Indian Chamber of Commerce ‘PSE Excellence Award’ in the R&D, Technology & Innovation category.
BHEL has been committed to the nation’s power development programme and has reaffirmed its commitment to the Indian Power Sector by equipping itself by way of contemporary technology, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and skilled technical manpower.
