Quantum Digital Vision (India) has informed that the Board Meeting for the approval of Financial Result as per Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations will be held on Monday, 14th November, 2022 at 5:00 PM to consider and approve, Unaudited Standalone Financials Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended on 30th September, 2022; and any other matter with permission of chair. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Tracing) Regulation, 2015, as amended from time to time, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed till 48 hours from the announcement/ declaration of the Unaudited Financial Result.
