As per Regulation 23(9) SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), every listed company shall be required to submit ‘disclosure of related party transaction’ within 30 days from the date of publication of its un-audited financial results for the half year ended 30th September, 2022, Enterprise International has informed that, read with regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the above mentioned provision shall not be applicable to the company as the Paid-up Share Capital is less than Rs 10 Crore and Net worth of the company is less than Rs 25 Crores as on 31st March 2022. The Company, therefore, is not required to submit ‘Disclosures of Related Party Transaction’ as per Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015.
