Timex Group India has informed that the board of directors of the company has accepted and taken on record the resignation of V. D. Wadhwa from the directorship of the company and consequently also as the managing director of the company effective January 31, 2013.
Further, board of directors has appointed M. K. Bandopadhyay as an additional director on the board and also appointed him as the acting managing director of the company effective February 01, 2013.
