Shriram Properties reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2022.
The company has reported fall of 95.46% in its net profit at Rs 0.78 crore for Q2FY23 as compared to Rs 17.18 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 11.53% to Rs 60.06 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 67.89 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net profit of Rs 19.59 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 23.28 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 192.72% to Rs 275.83 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 94.23 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
