As required by the SEBI circular no, SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022 the company shall approve issuance of duplicate share certificate and letter of confirmation shall be issued by Beetal Financial and Computer services, Registrar and transfer agent, to the said shareholders after compliance of the required formalities.
