Sunraj Diamond Exports has informed that in terms of Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, every listed company shall be required to submit ‘Disclosure of Related Party Transactions’ within 15 days from date of Publication of its Financial Results for the half year. However, in terms of Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the mentioned provision shall not be applicable to the Companies having Paid-up Share Capital less than Rs 10 Crore and Net Worth of the Company less than Rs 25 Crore as on 31st March, 2022. As the Paid-up Share Capital of Company is Rs 5.33 Crore and Net Worth of the Company is 1.40 Crores, below the prescribed limit, disclosure under regulation 23(9) read with regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable to the company. The company also submitted the Not Applicability of the Disclosure of Related Party Transactions as per regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 for the half year ended as on 30th September, 2022.
