Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Part A of Schedule Ill of the said Regulations, Responsive Industries has informed that Santosh Kudalkar has tendered his resignation from the office of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him of his responsibilities with effect from Friday, November 18, 2022. Subsequent to his resignation as CFO, he will also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel under regulation 30(5) for determining the materiality of any event or transaction for making the required disclosures to the Stock Exchange with effect from November 18, 2022.
