Arvind has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Arvind Technical Products’ on November 25, 2022. The wholly owned subsidiary has been incorporated to meet the prerequisite for participation in Production Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme for textiles. Arvind Technical Products shall carry on the business of manufacturing and marketing of textile products.

Arvind is India’s largest integrated textile player and is one of the oldest and most respected groups in the Textile Business in India. The company is also one of the largest producers of denim fabrics and is supplier to a large number of fashion brands in the world.
