Gokhale & Company, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company in respect of non-applicability of provisions of Corporate Governance for financial year 2022-23 vide its letter dated June 2, 2022 and therefore claimed exemption under Regulation 15(2) of Listing Regulations, hence the compliance under Regulation 23(9) of Listing Regulations relating to the disclosure of Related Party Transactions is not applicable to the Company for the half year ended September 30, 2022.
