Tips Films has informed that the Board of Directors, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has approved the appointment of Maheshwari & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration 105834W) as a Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of five (5) consecutive years from the conclusion of ensuing 13th Annual General Meeting till the Conclusion of the 18th Annual General Meeting, subject to approval of the members of the Company.
