The company’s shareholding in CAPL Motor Parts increased from 90% to 100% and thereby, CAPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from November 29, 2022.

India Motor Parts & Accessories is one of the largest all India distributors for automobile spare parts.
