Rossell India has incorporated Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Rossell Techsys’ in accordance with the Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on December 6, 2022.
The WOS has been incorporated for the purpose of segregation of Rossell Techsys Divisions of the Company by way of Demerger pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement, which is pending approval by the Board of Directors.
Rossell India was formerly Rossell Tea Limited. The Company has diverse interests in Tea, Aviation and Hospitality.
