No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/KK/2022-2023/2838 dated 07th December, 2022 HS India has clarified that it has always promptly intimated of all events, information, etc. required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and will continue to do so in future as and when any such event or information occurs in the Company. Therefore, the movement in the share price of the Company is purely due to market driven and the management of the Company is in no way connected with any such movement in price.
