Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Nelcast has informed that, the power supply at the Company's plant located at Gudur, Andhra Pradesh has been temporarily disrupted from Saturday, 10th December 2022 due to main incoming Transformer failure Due to which the Company's operation is disrupted. The Company is taking adequate steps to restore the operations before this week. There will be some production loss for few days in the plant. The company will keep the stock exchange updated as soon as the plant becomes operational.
