G R Infraprojects to sell entire equity shares in GR Highways Investment Manager

G R Infraprojects has entered into Share Purchase agreement on December 12, 2022 with Lokesh Builders for transfer of entire equity shares being held by G R Infraprojects in its wholly owned subsidiary namely GR Highways Investment Manager (GHIMPL). Therefore, upon completion of the aforesaid transfer, GHIMPL would cease to be subsidiary of the Company. The consideration received from such sale/ disposal is Rs 15 crore.

G R Infraprojects is an integrated road EPC company with experience in design and construction of various road/highway projects across many States in India.
