Kennametal India has informed that in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and aligning with the practices at Kennametal Inc., the ultimate Holding Company of Kennametal India (‘KIL’), the Trading Window of the company will be closed from December 16, 2022 until completion of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter ending December 31, 2022. Further, the date of Board Meeting for considering the unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter ending December 31, 2022 shall be intimated in due course.
